Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy:

Within thirty (30) days of receipt of your shipment, you may return goods to Brush Flush® for a full refund as follows:

·        Product must be in its original condition

·        Product must be unopened (still in its sealed bottle and/or packaging)

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Brush Flush®.  We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged, or due to our error (i.e., we sent you the wrong size).

To return an item, you will need to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization Number.  To receive this number, please email us at information@brushflush.com or call us at 1-877-501-4200.  Brush Flush® will not accept any returns without a Returned Goods Authorization Number.

Refund Policy:

Brush Flush® will process your refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

Packing and Sending Your Return:

Pack the items along with your invoice securely in a box.  You can use the box the items were originally shipped in, if you prefer.  Affix a shipping label to the outside of the box.  Fill in your Returned Goods Authorization Number on your label.  Send returns to us at:
